You must have prior service advisor experience, a willingness to learn, positive attitude and be able to work in a team of focused professionals.

We are looking for a seasoned Service Advisor to assist our customer service team with the daily workflow of our high- volume shop.

- Greeting customers as they arrive at the shop and setting the tone of an upbeat and friendly experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their vehicle's needs - Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance services - Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and services - Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs needed - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services, including shocks, struts, tire service, suspension, transmission, alignment, and brake repair.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians - Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient computer skills to input and retrieve customer information
Qualifications:
- General automotive knowledge - Excellent customer service disposition - Ability to work within a team - Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:
30am to 4:
00pm - Valid driver's license

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
